Before your initial appointment, we ask that you please complete the new patient forms available on our website. Once you arrive, you will be welcomed by one of our administrative team and offered water before being escorted to your patient room. You will meet Dr. Long and have time to get to know her and discuss any previous experiences or expectations you have about your dental care. Your first visit will include taking any necessary x-rays and a comprehensive exam by Dr. Long. At the completion of your initial visit, you will be scheduled for any recommended follow-up visits, including your professional teeth cleaning with one of our dedicated dental hygienists. We greatly appreciate you choosing us for all your oral health needs!
We want to get to know your oral health needs as soon as possible. By doing so, we can better tailor our care based on your specific concerns. To expedite the check-in process, we encourage you to complete the forms online before your appointment.
