With more than 30 years of dedicated experience in dentistry, Kathy's passion for learning and excellence is evident. While keeping up with her HIPAA, OSHA, and CPR certifications, Kathy has also pursued extensive educational courses, including those led by industry leaders such as Roger Levine, Walter Haley and Kirk Behrendt.

For Kathy, the most rewarding aspect of her role is forming enduring connections with her patients, providing personalized care that extends beyond the dental chair. She finds fulfillment in guiding patients through their dental journeys and ensuring their comfort and well-being at every step. She thrives on the opportunity to positively impact their lives and provide support through any dental situation.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Kathy enjoys a fulfilling life with her husband, two grown children, and her furry companions. Her diverse interests range from culinary delights to literary exploration, maintaining an active lifestyle, and exploring new destinations. A self-professed Disney enthusiast and adventure-seeker, Kathy's zest for life has led her to exhilarating experiences like skydiving and scaling the heights of the CN Tower in Canada.

 

 

 

 

Marisol, Front Office Administrator

Marisol Abeita brings over 6 years of invaluable experience in the dental field as the Front Office Administrator at Westlake Hills Dental Arts. She is deeply committed to patient care and finds great fulfillment in making a positive impact on patients' dental health. Originally from Santa Ana, California, Marisol now resides in Austin, Texas, with her husband, four children, and their beloved dog Una. Marisol's family has a strong connection to dentistry, as her husband also works in the dental field, which has enriched her professional journey.

Beyond her administrative responsibilities, Marisol is passionate about reading, exploring diverse music genres, and indulging in the joy of dancing. Her insatiable thirst for knowledge drives her to continually seek new learning opportunities, reflecting her dynamic and multifaceted personality. She also actively engages in volunteer work, demonstrating her commitment to giving back to the community and fostering meaningful connections.

Madison, Registered Dental Hygienist

Texas born and raised, Madison embarked on her dental career journey after completing high school, enrolling in Concorde Career College in San Antonio. With several years of experience as a dental hygienist, Madison thrives in her role, especially in fostering exceptional patient interaction. She is proud to be part of the dedicated team at Westlake Hills Dental Arts, where she works alongside passionate professionals who share her commitment to excellence.

Madison's passion lies in promoting oral health and well-being, forging strong connections with her patients along the way. Through her dedication to providing compassionate care and educating others on proper dental hygiene practices, she continuously makes a positive impact on their lives, contributing to healthier smiles and overall wellness within her community.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Madison cherishes moments spent with her husband and their furry companions: two cats named Ava and Kelby, along with their dogs, Bella and Naomi. She remains actively engaged in her community by volunteering at her local church and indulges in her passion for collecting vinyl records. Additionally, Madison enjoys attending theater performances and finds relaxation in watching movies, with one of her favorites being the timeless classic "Almost Famous”.

DeDee, Dental Hygienist

DeDee’s journey in dentistry began as a dental assistant before she pursued her passion for dental hygiene. With experience in both general and specialized practices, she brings a well-rounded approach to patient care. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Appalachian State University and completed her dental hygiene training at Concorde Career College. Dedicated to helping patients achieve healthier smiles, she loves educating them on small yet meaningful changes that make a big impact on oral health.

Originally from Union City, CA, DeDee now calls Austin home, where she enjoys life with her husband and two cherished cats, Mila Cookie and Prince Duncan of Donuts. In her free time, she loves cooking, staying active, and traveling. She also has a unique passion for learning new languages through foreign films.

Vicki, Registered Dental Assistant

Vicki has been an invaluable member of our dental office team, bringing over three decades of extensive dental experience. Her deep-seated passion for aiding others drew her to the dental field, where she finds immense fulfillment in helping people achieve healthier smiles.

In addition to her dental assistant training, Vicki holds certifications in nitrous oxide sedation and radiology, reflecting her commitment to staying abreast of advancements in patient care.

Originally hailing from Dublin, California, Vicki has shared over 35 years of marriage with her husband, Ron. Together, they cherish their family, which includes three children and two beloved grandchildren.

During her free time, Vicki enthusiastically immerses herself in Austin's lively music scene, while still finding time to volunteer for events at both the Circuit of the Americas racetrack and the University of Texas. Moreover, her profound love for animals extends to regularly feeding any stray creatures that wander into her backyard.

Brandon, Registered Dental Assistant

Brandon Lacy is a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant at Westlake Hills Dental Arts, known for his compassion and commitment to patient care. A graduate of Manor Dental Assistant School, he holds certifications in BLS/CPR and Nitrous Oxide monitoring, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for every patient.

Brandon’s passion for dentistry extends beyond the clinic—he enjoys working in the lab, where his creativity shines through in crafting custom jewelry.

Originally from Manor, TX, Brandon loves staying active by roller skating, hiking, and exploring the outdoors. In his downtime, he enjoys watching mind-bending movies and cherishing time with his significant other and their dog. His blend of technical skill and genuine care makes him a valued member of our team.
